Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a seamless customer experience by ensuring our stores are well-stocked, clean, and welcoming.
  • Driving profitability by managing costs, expenses, and waste, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment, ensuring our teams are equipped to meet customer demands.
  • Turning our convenience retail strategy into a reality by collaborating with our teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensuring good availability and being willing to work weekends and overnights when required.
