**Supply Chain Solutions Specialist**

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Solutions Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing industry-leading supply chain solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing detailed analysis, interpretation, and representation of manufacturing and supply chain data
- Supporting the development of appropriate manual and automated solutions and process flows
- Commercial modelling and business case development including activity and labour modelling, development of Operating and Capital Expenditure and preparation of commercial summaries
- Assisting with procurement including development of specifications, Request for Proposal documentation and the evaluation of responses
- Project implementation and optimising with analysis, drawings, and documentation
- Developing custom tools and templates

To succeed in this role, you will require:

- A Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics) or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years of experience in Operations and Integration
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- The ability to manage and meet strict deadlines
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and/or Tableau (& preferably SQL Databases)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software
- AutoCAD skills and knowledge would be an advantage
- A strong understanding of supply chain functions
- A detailed understanding of data analysis techniques
- A detailed understanding of project management methodologies
- The ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently

Desirable skills and experience include:

- Vendor-side industrial automation data analysis and/or layout design experience
- Logistics automation consultancy experience
- 3PL / end-client logistics (strong data analytical skills)
