We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Reporting to the Marketing and Media Manager, this role is responsible for providing day-to-day support to the marketing team and will assist in the execution of key marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage merchandise inventory including production planning and forecasting, procurement, distribution and inventory control.
- Manage the online store.
- Collect, manage and archive digital assets, including race footage and images.
- Assist with event coordination.
- Prepare marketing briefs across all mediums, including radio and television.
- Schedule department advertisements and deliver collateral to suppliers and archive according to internal processes.
- Provide support to stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of initiatives, including newsletter content, prize planning and Fantasy League promotion.
- Ensure major sponsorship assets are available as required.
- Maintain the website and schedule social media channels (YouTube, Facebook and Instagram);

Criteria:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications
- Minimum experience of 1-2 years working in a similar role.
- Current Driver's License
- Exposure to the thoroughbred industry is desired, but not necessary.
