We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start or advance their career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Role
  • Assist in various production areas to ensure quality production operations by adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
  • Operate, monitor and troubleshoot production equipment, ensuring it is functioning at optimal levels to meet production demands.
  • Prepare, blend, batch and package ingredients according to established recipes and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate written and electronic records of production activities, including inventory management and quality control checks.
  • Transfer raw materials and finished products throughout the facility with precision and efficiency.
  • Use computer and manual measuring devices to track production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Operate warehouse equipment - Forklifts and EPJ's, as required.
Requirements
  • Clean shaven due to the requirement of dusk masks for workplace safety purposes.
  • Forklift ticket is mandatory for this role.
  • Shift work - Days, Afternoons and Nights may be required.
  • Physically fit and strong individuals are preferred for this position.
  • A driver's license and car is advantageous but not essential.
  • Valid working rights within Australia are a must.
