We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Housekeeping team at Quest Rockhampton as Housekeeping Room Attendants. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Deep clean and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms
  • Provide friendly customer service to guests and respond to their needs
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests ensuring seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain an excellent work ethic and reliability, striving for consistency in all tasks
Requirements
  • Availability to work 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays
  • Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations
  • An interest in the hospitality industry with passion for delivering outstanding customer service
