Overview

This role is very regional and does require you to travel to the venue and stay there whilst you are on contract.

Our Client is looking for a Housekeeper to start ASAP for a 2-3 week contract. Working in this role will allow you to grow your experience not only in this role but with the diverse workplace possibly many others.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing housekeeping activities- Rooms and common areas
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Some Kitchenhand and cleaning responsibilities
  • Assisting with guest queries and lost and found items
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Very good English communication skills
  • Ability to handle ever changing dynamics of workers and the workplace
  • Suited to someone with prior experience in an office, station or hospitality
  • Ability to autonomously work and multi-task
  • Ability to work within a diverse workplace
The Right Candidate
  • MUST HAVE full & unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • A valid Australian license is beneficial
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
  • On the ball
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable, presentable, punctual and motivated
  • Strong communication and time management
  • Pride in yourself and your work ethic
  • Wanting to grow your career

To get yourself ready for a call get together 2 recent and relevant references and a National Police Check (completed within the last 12 months).
