Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Trades Assistant to join our team. This is a casual position, with the opportunity to work 45-65 hours per week.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist our Mechanical Tradespersons in stripping, assessing and rebuilding fixed plant and equipment. They will also be responsible for preparing inspection reports, maintaining quality standards and performing manual tasks associated with the role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • A genuine desire to learn all aspects of the job
  • Current Car Driver's License
  • White Card
  • Valid Police Check
  • MSIC (highly regarded)
  • High Risk Work Licence - LF and DG (Forklift and Dogman) Preferred
