Overview of the Mechanical Fitter Role

As a skilled Mechanical Fitter, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing complex mechanical systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair mechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, and gearboxes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Fitter, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent work ethic, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with management and clients.
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Hands-on tradesperson with the ability to teach others and maintain a safe working environment.
