As an HR Systems Manager, you will lead a team of technical experts and collaborate with directorates to ensure reporting and analytics provide a solid foundation for business decision-making.

You will partner with IT and software vendors to guarantee seamless technical support for HR systems, oversee project management throughout HR Shared Services, and play a key leadership role within the function.

  • Deliver an efficient, end-user centric HR information service with quality assurance processes in place
  • Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed about changes to processes and practices within HR Systems
  • Manage access to Kronos, CHRIS 21, Mercury, and other HR systems
  • Ensure clear delegation of responsibilities and build a culture that emphasizes excellent customer service

This position requires highly developed leadership skills and team-building abilities, along with strong interpersonal skills to work constructively and address a wide range of HR issues effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a sound technical understanding of CHRIS 21/Kronos
  • Strong project management experience
  • An understanding of general Human Resources issues and employment-related legislation
  • The ability to develop and maintain processes relevant to HR Systems and Employment
