Role Overview

Job Title: D365 Functional Consultant (Security Clearance)

This position requires an Australian Citizen with Security Clearance to join our team as a D365 Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Translate business processes into system configurations and implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  2. Analyze complex business problems and define solutions within the CRM system, applying technical expertise to drive business growth.
  3. Identify gaps in current systems and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  4. Sustain new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner, driving business value through innovation.
Mandatory Skills:
  • In-depth understanding of CRM business functions for which applications are used, with proven ability to develop effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in multiple implementation and/or platform upgrades, showcasing expertise in system configuration and customization.
  • Effective communication at all levels, including customers, vendors, peers, and management, facilitating collaboration and driving results.
