Job Title: Water Operations Manager

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and friendly water operations professional. This role is designed to provide strategic guidance to our management team, while assisting in the day-to-day operations of our centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership to our team
  • Supervise and mentor staff members
  • Assist with centre operations, including safety protocols, risk management and customer service initiatives
  • Develop and implement high-performing operations teams
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Pools Operations Certificate
