Site Manager

Lendlease ACT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team and manage the delivery of a high-level project in Canberra.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction site, managing and mentoring a team of Supervisors across all major trade packages. You will work closely with our site and project engineers to pre-empt and resolve construction issues, as well as being responsible for project planning, site-based procurement, managing subcontractors, and taking ownership of safety and compliance.

- Take ownership of the construction site and ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Australian Citizen at time of application.
- Negative Vetting 2 Security Clearance or ability to obtain.
- Previous experience as a Site Manager with a reputable company, along with relevant trade and/or Building Construction qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience delivering major building, and/or infrastructure projects safely, to high quality standards and within project budget.
- Strong communications, leadership and influencing skills, all key when dealing with several internal and external stakeholders.
- A methodical, and detail-oriented approach, with strong planning skills.
- A passion for safety, and ability to drive compliance with safety processes onsite.
