Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior FX Administrator. As an entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in finance and work closely with our experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Profit Centres to provide information regarding exchange rates, methods of payment, and FX hedging requirements.
  • Assist in the creation and changes to FX hedges, including creating and maintaining letters of credit.
  • Record international transactions from purchasing to payment and post these various transactions in our Finance transaction systems.
  • Liaise with Profit centres to record the AUD value of international transactions in our company financial systems.

Requirements

  • A strong attention to detail and quality assurance by building error-checking into your workflow.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A proactive and forward-thinking approach, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • An accounting degree qualification or near completion is highly regarded.
