We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Express Claims Advisor.

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with customers during challenging times, providing them with exceptional support and guidance as they navigate their claims journey.

You will be responsible for managing low-complexity claims from start to finish, ensuring that each case is handled efficiently and effectively. This includes capturing and updating accurate claims data, confirming policy coverage, and determining liability by gathering facts and applying relevant laws.

Your focus will be on resolving claims promptly by developing effective strategies, providing regular status updates, and communicating proactively with our customers to ensure a positive, reassuring experience.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in claims management, working closely with colleagues to drive success and achieve high-quality outcomes.

About You

  • You have experience in claims management, ideally with a background in Workers Compensation claims.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • You are analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret legislation and make informed decisions.
  • You are a team player, comfortable working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
