We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Acier Group. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough risk analysis and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Prepare and manage financial reports to ensure accurate and timely submissions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement construction plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, with a focus on risk analysis and financial reporting
  • Proven experience in construction management, with a strong understanding of health, education, and government projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in BuildSoft and Cost X Estimating Software
