About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with 2-5 years of experience to join our Sydney Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of various construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency and value at every stage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out thorough cost evaluations and feasibility assessments
  • Develop and manage project cash flow forecasts
  • Offer expert guidance on economical construction techniques and material selection
  • Measure variations, assess risks, and manage cost impacts related to project changes
  • Perform comprehensive cost assessments, estimates, budgeting, and feasibility evaluations for construction initiatives
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in project management or construction management majoring in Quantity Surveyor
  • Minimum 2 years of QS experience (Preferably Professional QS)
  • AIQS, RICS, CIOB membership is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly self-driven with strong integrity, honesty, and ethical standards
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
