Job Description">

The Estates Operative role is crucial to the smooth running of our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking general estates duties, including maintenance across the estate, site security, movement of furniture, cleaning and keeping the site litter free.

They will also be responsible for reporting repairs and controlling access for contractors. There may be opportunities to gain more trade skills and experience, and progress your career with us, through both on-the-job training and certified external training schemes.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to lift, carry and move heavy or bulky items and equipment.
  • Ability to traverse a large site on foot throughout the day.
  • Basic trade skills and experience would be an advantage but not essential.

Successful candidates will have a positive attitude and be able to work well as part of a team.
