We are seeking a Logistics & Inventory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. This role is critical in ensuring that our products are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing warehouse teams, implementing process improvements, and analyzing data to drive business decisions. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with suppliers, and monitoring order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Supervise a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to management.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, reconciling discrepancies as necessary.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of goods, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor order fulfillment, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or delays.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
