Business Development Manager

This is a new division of the UK's largest Iveco Dealer Group & Fiat Professional Dealer. We stock a wide range of supplier brands, genuine parts and Europcar.

The distribution network provides solutions for a variety of vehicle manufacturers including DS Automobiles, Fiat and Fiat Professional, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Peugeot, Citroen and Vauxhall.

We operate out of 13 depots across the East Midlands, West Midlands, North Wales, Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire and South Yorkshire. We provide all automotive services from initial sale to complete care and management of entire fleets.

Main Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customers promptly and exceed customer expectations both face to face and via the telephone
  • Organise and prioritise work effectively to achieve targets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop sales and recognition of our brand in the respective areas covered
  • Set high standards for self and others; work effectively in partnership with colleagues and support team objectives

Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • Prior knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Good understanding of sales process and success in closing sales
  • Computer literacy (word, excel, CRM and outlook)
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Enthusiasm and approachability
  • Outstanding organisation skills
  • Good clear telephone manner
  • Customer service driven
  • Strive to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
