About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our analytics function, driving impactful insights that fuel strategic decision-making.

As Senior Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

You will drive the development of sustainable analytics solutions by partnering with cross-functional teams to productionise high-value data assets.

Deliver actionable reporting: oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust data models and compelling dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint to support informed decision-making.

Apply advanced analytics techniques: leverage machine learning and predictive analytics to forecast trends and model the impact of key business decisions.

Ensure data integrity & compliance: uphold data quality and ensure adherence to relevant standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Translate data into action: provide clear, actionable recommendations through advanced data analysis, helping stakeholders make informed, strategic decisions.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A successful Senior Manager Analytics should have 8+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics and data science, with a strong track record of delivering impactful insights.
  • Proven leadership in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing analytics teams.
  • Deep expertise in data modelling, reporting, and dashboard development, with a focus on turning data into actionable intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and machine learning techniques, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business value.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organisation.
