About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Mentor to join our team at Goodstart Stuart Park.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years, aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Goodstart's Curriculum Approach.
- To work collaboratively with educators and centre leaders to achieve positive outcomes for children, families, and the community.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's learning and development, including progress reports and assessment tools.
About the Centre
Goodstart Stuart Park is a 75-place purpose-built centre that provides a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Our centre is located in Larrakia country, just a short drive from Darwin city, and offers plenty of onsite parking and local bus routes.
The Benefits
- A competitive salary range of $65,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
- A generous superannuation contribution of 12%.

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years’ experience in an early childhood education setting, preferably as a lead educator or assistant director.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to contribute to a positive and inclusive centre culture.
