Director of Regional Partnerships

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our strategic alliances in the APAC region.
- Develop and execute partner strategies across the APAC region.
- Create scalable systems and processes to manage and grow partnerships.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage the partner lifecycle.
This is a leadership position that requires strong communication, negotiation, and executive influencing skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, or channel management within SaaS or ERP. A proven track record of driving revenue through scalable partner programs is essential.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the NetSuite ecosystem or ERP-related solutions (P2C, OTC, etc.).
- Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
