Are you passionate about environmental sustainability and infrastructure development? We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate to lead our Geo-Environmental Engineering team in Adelaide.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in waste and geo-environmental engineering, with expertise in landfill design, leachate systems, geosynthetics, and resource recovery. They will also possess strong communication skills, the ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, and leadership skills to support the development of junior engineers.

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects focused on waste management, water infrastructure, mining, and ground engineering. You will work closely with clients to develop cutting-edge solutions for geo-environmental challenges, integrating waste management into broader infrastructure projects.

  • Lead and deliver projects focused on waste management, including landfill design, engineered containment systems, geosynthetic applications, and resource recovery solutions.
  • Develop innovative solutions for geo-environmental challenges, integrating waste management into broader infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation for waste-related projects across planning, design, and execution phases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the waste and geo-environmental sectors, supporting both project delivery and business development initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in waste and geo-environmental engineering.
  • Strong expertise in waste management, including landfill design, leachate systems, geosynthetics, and resource recovery.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in effectively engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills to support the development of junior engineers.
