MAC - Retail Artist - Bondi Junction

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Makeup Artist to join our team at MAC in Bondi Junction. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and inspirational in-store experience, and driving sales through visual merchandising and in-store events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and authentic customer service, educating and delighting customers on our products and services
  • Work collaboratively with the retail team to create a high-performing store environment, achieving visual merchandising standards and driving sales
  • Participate in in-store events and promotions, showcasing our products and services to customers
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, services, and brand
  • Work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events

Requirements:

  • Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
