About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Montgomery Advisory. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in providing expert legal advice on construction project delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, timely, and solutions-focused legal advice on construction project delivery to our clients.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to deliver complex construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in construction law and regulations.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of post-admission experience in construction law and/or project delivery.
  • Substantial experience in front-end and back-end construction law, including project delivery.
  • Experience in projects, including Public Private Partnership and other complex contracting experience.
  • Experience in infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
