About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our customer support team as a champion of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail, hospitality, or contact centre environments and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities will include answering incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner, educating customers on our products and services, and troubleshooting issues regarding terminals and eCommerce enquiries.

The successful applicant will also be required to guide customers through the EFTPOS activation process, resolve complaints through effective communication skills, and collaborate closely with internal teams to identify or create innovative solutions.

The role requires the ability to record detailed and accurate notes of merchant enquiries in a timely and efficient manner and uphold and contribute to our strong risk culture by complying with policies, completing mandatory training, and identifying and managing risks within day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
