About the Role

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our team at Highpoint. This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To drive exceptional customer experiences and help them deliver on key performance indicators.
  • Succeeding in succession planning to ensure team members can progress into new opportunities when necessary.
  • The execution of visual merchandising in-store, using discretion to make commercial decisions.
  • A thorough understanding of stock management processes and prioritizing tasks.
  • Providing coaching and on-the-spot feedback to team members.
  • Analysing reports to inform commercial decisions that drive business growth.
