Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our frontline staff receive comprehensive training and support to deliver exceptional care.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment and a Certificate III in Aged Care Work or equivalent. They will also have proven experience in aged care and excellent communication skills. Experience with RTO assessment validation is highly desirable, as is a current NDIS Workers Screening Check.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough and engaging orientations for new employees.
  • Develop and deliver impactful training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of frontline staff.
  • Ensure accurate and complete training records are maintained.
  • Promote a safe workplace culture through active participation in safety activities and WHS compliance.
