Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Project Manager to join our team. As a Logistics Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the integration, implementation, and support of logistics activities throughout the lifecycle of our projects.

This position requires a strong background in engineering, project management, and logistics support, as well as exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated logistics support plans and strategies to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of activities.
  • Manage and coordinate logistics support activities, including maintenance planning, supply chain management, configuration management, and technical documentation.
  • Prepare technical documentation, such as maintenance manuals, training support materials, and obsolescence management guides.
  • Provide guidance on failure analysis and support effective maintenance practices.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to identify optimal solutions.
  • Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to project schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on ILS-related matters.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in support.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports and project documentation to management and stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for logistics and project management. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in project management and logistics support.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
