Payroll Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the accounts team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers, processing payroll, superannuation, employee entitlements and other payroll compliance tasks.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate looking to take on a busy role in a friendly and professional environment. Reporting into the Accounts Officer and CFO, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers;
  • Processing payroll, superannuation, employee entitlements and other payroll compliance tasks;
  • Assisting in the activation of commissions and bonus calculations for sales agents;
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions;
  • Reconciling bank statements and financial accounts.

Requirements:

">
  • 2+ years of experience in a payroll position;
  • Must have experience using MYOB, ADP payroll and Xero;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
