Sr. Marketing Lead

This role is crucial in driving innovation across multiple gaming products and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role:

The Sr. Marketing Specialist will oversee our marketing execution across both online and offline channels, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience for end-users. This position will collaborate closely with various Regional Team functions, Cluster Category Manager, eCommerce Marketing Manager, Account Manager, and other supporting roles to drive the strategy into action.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive approach to the consumer journey, incorporating digital, PR, social, partnership, point-of-sale, localization, and more.
  • Lead the development of data-driven digital strategies that drive business growth by optimizing our digital marketing mix and increasing traffic to Etail pages across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact POSM and optimize local digital assets to enhance retail/etail visibility and brand awareness.
  • Own overall marketing insights, reporting, and tools, including KPI setup and measurement on ROI, to ensure successful evaluation and consistent derivation of insights from results.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to drive success in the gaming business, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing or brand management within the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and comfort in challenging existing processes and norms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence brand strategy across the organization and with distribution partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability based on data-driven analysis.
  • Experience in budget management – tracking category marketing budgets.
  • In-depth understanding of sales trends at SKU level and the ability to develop forecasts and sales plans to drive growth.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization with diverse teams, both functionally and geographically.
