Expert Defense Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Defense & Security (D&S) consultant to join our team. As a seasoned expert in implementing and supporting the D&S industry solution, you will play a pivotal role in design, configuration, testing, and support to meet new and ongoing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the SAP Defense & Security (D&S) Industry Solution.
  • Lead initiatives and functional areas over the lifetime of a project.
  • Engage in planning, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design effective solutions and ensure end-to-end process integration.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting business transformation and change management needs and impacts of any solution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of SAP functional experience specialising in the design and configuration of the Defense & Security (D&S) Industry Solution or Defence Forces Public Security (DFPS) Industry Solution.
  • Project delivery experience with proven delivery methodology.
  • Understanding key integration aspects of Defense & Security with HR, finance, supply chain, maintenance, and procurement.
  • Ability to obtain NV1 clearance.
  • Proven experience in a defence environment, even with other SAP modules would be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of SAP best practice approach and cross-functional knowledge – supply chain, maintenance, and finance.
