About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Market Access Lead to join our team in Sydney. As a hybrid worker, you will have the flexibility to balance remote work with collaboration at our office.

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of early market access and HTA strategies for our pipeline products. You will analyze the ANZ access and payer environment, identify key strategic issues, and provide expert advice to ensure consistency in our approach across the local business.

Your expertise will drive innovative market access opportunities and trends, providing insights to inform our global and local business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Launch Excellence Leads, Medical Launch Navigators, and Global Access and Value colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement early market access and HTA strategies for pipeline products
  • Analyze ANZ access and payer environment to identify key strategic issues
  • Provide expert advice on access and pricing assumptions for pipeline products
  • Lead development and implementation of local payer and pricing research projects
  • Identify innovative market access opportunities and trends
  • Serve as the preferred point of contact for PHI Global pipeline managers and local Access and Value colleagues
  • Collaborate with Global Access and Value to understand and influence global trial design

Requirements

  • Qualifications in Pharmacy or other Life Sciences, with post-graduate qualifications in epidemiology, biostatistics, or health economics
  • 7+ years' experience in preparing and/or evaluating PBAC submissions or management of similar HTA and formulary submissions and market access projects
  • Experience within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, or affiliated industry
  • Ability to lead and prioritize multiple complex projects
  • Proven track record working effectively in a cross-functional team
