The Brow Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a beauty counter, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

• Event Planning: Design and execute innovative events, such as in-store promotions, new product releases, and charity initiatives.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and report any discrepancies to senior management promptly.
• Communication: Facilitate seamless communication between store/department managers and senior management.
