Product Fulfilment and Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Fulfilment and Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end process of integrating third-party fulfillers on our platforms, creating products, updating SKUs, and managing delivery services.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Product team and contribute to the success of our company. As a Product Fulfilment and Operations Specialist, you will be a key element in our strategy deployment by supporting rapid new product introductions and expanding our delivery capabilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing efficient fulfilment processes to meet business requirements.
  • Analysis and reporting on the performance of our fulfilment network to include monthly reconciliations and invoicing.
  • Monitoring the performance of our internal and external fulfillers, proactively acting with them to solve issues, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving execution of those.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is a plus.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, category management, sourcing, or related field.
