Job Title: Associate Director Civil Engineer
">About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Defence market strategy in Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will drive client engagement, grow regional capabilities, and support strategic pursuits across Defence design and consulting services.

- Lead the development and implementation of our Defence market strategy in Western Australia.">
- Drive client engagement and grow regional capabilities through effective relationship building and business development activities.">
- Serve as a technical expert and advisor on Defence design and consulting services.">
- Support strategic pursuits and bid teams on major projects.">
- Mentor emerging talent and contribute to quality and service delivery initiatives.">
The Ideal Candidate:
">We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced civil engineer with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. You will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements. A civil engineering degree or equivalent is required, along with extensive experience within Defence Infrastructure in Australia and relevant clearances.
