Job Title: Director of Service

A permanent, full-time opportunity with a rewarding and fun work environment.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic chance to join our vibrant team as a Director of Service. You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of passionate educators, ensuring the delivery of exceptional before, after, and holiday care programs to children.

You will have autonomy to plan and deliver enriching experiences daily, building strong relationships with children, families, and school communities. Your role will also involve managing compliance and medical documentation, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

About You:
We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic leader who can inspire and motivate their team. As a Director of Service, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident interpersonal skills, and a natural ability to lead and manage a team.

You should have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children, and be able to foster fun relationships with children and their families. A qualified or studying ACECQA approved qualification is a must for this role.
