Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake facade design, engineering, and documentation, including detailed calculations, analysis, drawings, and specifications.
  • Review contractor submissions, show drawings, and calculations.
  • Provide facade engineering design and buildability consultancy, including material knowledge and installation techniques.
  • Assist in preparing tender submissions.
  • Liaise and coordinate with the design/project team and other disciplines within Inhabit Group as required.
  • Build relationships with clients on projects and develop contacts within the facade industry.
Requirements
  • Recent graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structures) or Architectural Engineering, with full-work rights for Australia.
  • Passion for learning, collaboration, and real-world application of creative solutions.
  • Appreciation and strong interest in structural engineering and facade design.
  • Self-motivated and interested in having an impact in the technical delivery of iconic projects.
  • Knowledge of relevant Australian standards and building codes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and interest in understanding how things work.
  • Strong organisation and coordination skills to effectively work across multiple projects.
