We are seeking a highly skilled and caring individual to join our team as an Aged Care Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
Job Description:
As an Aged Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering person-centered care to our residents. This includes assisting with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide high-quality care to residents with varying needs
- Current Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Availability to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
