Apprenticeship and Assessment Expert

Job Description

The Role of an Assessment Services Consultant is a pivotal position within our Apprentice Connect Provider division. As a key contributor, you will play a crucial part in the success of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to employers and job seekers
  • Facilitating the delivery of Australian Apprentice Get Ready Check and Employer Get Ready Check
  • Liaising with relevant internal and external support services to drive business outcomes
  • Contributing to increasing the commencement, retention, and completion rate of Australian Apprentices
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Excellent phone manner for inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and follow guidelines and procedures
  • Proven capacity to meet set targets and KPIs
  • Passion for working collaboratively and consultatively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience influencing and negotiating within a complex and fast-changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and proven accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Demonstrated high level of computer literacy across a range of programs
