We are seeking an experienced Marketing Professional to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the annual asset marketing plan and budget, ensuring alignment of precinct brand objectives, activities are delivered to timeline and within budget.
Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring direct reports, overseeing monthly performance and financial reporting, leveraging data-driven insights to make improvement recommendations, and taking the lead in monthly management meetings, reporting on marketing outcomes and how to overcome any precinct challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years' experience in marketing within the property sector
- Commercial (office), retail or similar property asset marketing experience preferred
- Experience managing and mentoring direct reports
- Proven ability implementing successful content strategy for digital channels
