Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Support customers with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring they have access to nutritious food and essential supplies.
  • Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with customers, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
