Job Title: Home Care Support Worker

Care Connect is seeking motivated individuals to provide in-home care to our Out of Hospital Care and Aged Care clients in North Sydney and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Personal grooming and hygiene assistance, including medication reminders
  • Domestic duties, including cleaning and laundry
  • Food shopping, menu planning, and meal preparation
  • Mobility assistance within the home/local community
  • Prioritize client well-being with a strong care factor
Requirements:
  • Right to Work in Australia
  • Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Minimum of 3 COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Certificate III (Aged Care/Individual Support OR Home and Community Care), OR Bach/Dip of Nursing (OR completed first-year study towards it)
  • Minimum 3 months of paid experience working within the aged care or community care sector
  • Fantastic attitude and genuine interest in helping others
