Role Responsibilities
  • Conduct group sessions on mental health topics, fostering a supportive community.
  • Provide educational activities and health promotion initiatives to enhance overall well-being.
  • Deliver assessment, counselling, and casework services, including support and referral services, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Organise excursions or activities that promote the well-being of the population.
  • Maintain accurate and concise documentation, ensuring seamless communication among team members.
Requirements
  • Hold full working rights in Australia.
  • Possess relevant qualifications and experience in counselling, social welfare, education, or social sciences.
  • Demonstrate 3 years of proven experience in counselling services, case management, and case coordination within mental health settings.
  • Experience working with individuals with addiction issues is highly desirable.
  • Hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid Certificate.
