Graduate Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a recent graduate in Electrical Engineering to join our team as an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer. The successful candidate will participate in our two-year Graduate Program, designed to fast-track professional and technical development.

  • This role involves contributing to projects that support the transition to renewable energy systems and decarbonisation, collaborating with over 400 team members across Australia and New Zealand, engaging in hands-on technical training, site visits, and real-world engineering experiences.
  • The ideal candidate will have a recent and relevant degree in Electrical Engineering, a high-performing academic record, a mix of work and life experiences that reflect our values, curiosity, drive, and a passion for making a difference through engineering.

You will be working initially in the Perth office for hands-on guidance, team collaboration, and accelerated development. As part of a team focused on enabling a sustainable future for clients, you will deliver innovative technical solutions and support clients and their customers in achieving energy transition objectives.

Our Graduate Program offers individual mentoring and a structured learning program, Graduate Membership with Engineers Australia, access to external training, conferences, and 'Lunch & Learn' sessions, site visits and hands-on technical training, and tools and support to achieve Chartered Engineer status.
