About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our ACT/SNSW Buildings & Energy Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural design solutions for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement structural design solutions for buildings and infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead or support project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
  • Conduct site inspections, assessments, and reporting to ensure compliance with Australian Building Code and Standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Australian Building Code and Standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant university degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering.
  • Membership of Engineers Australia and working towards CPEng and NER registration is desirable.
  • 8-12 years' industry experience as a Structural Engineer.
  • Experience in the Australian consulting environment.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers.
