The Role We Are Hiring For

This role involves developing and implementing a brand strategy that aligns the business and drives improved brand perception and consistency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Group Manager - Brand with the development and implementation of the brand strategy.
  • Working closely with marketing, creative services, internal communications, and external agencies to ensure consistency across all brand-related touchpoints.
  • Delivering materials for sponsorship activities and events.
  • Managing the delivery of advertising material across print and digital channels.
  • Concepting campaigns with the Marketing Communications Specialist that drive brand and sales outcomes.

Requirements

2+ years' experience in a similar role.

An understanding of the role a brand strategy plays in an organisation.

A solid understanding of marketing principles.

Experience working as part of a project team or managing projects.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable using analytics tools to track campaign performance and brand awareness metrics.

Ability to coordinate or create content that aligns with brand messaging.

Basic understanding of design principles and brand aesthetics.
