Job Title: Community Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Registered Nurse to join our team at Yorke and Northern Local Health Network. As a key member of our community health team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes and community settings.

About the Role:
  • Provide advanced nursing practices in primary healthcare, driving the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies and programs to achieve optimal health outcomes for community health nursing clients.
  • Deliver palliative care to clients and support carers and families in community settings.
  • Take ownership of your practice standards, delegate tasks effectively, and support the growth of our team members.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements:
  • Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
  • At least 3 years, full-time equivalent, post-registration experience.
