Job Opportunity

This is an APS 5 level role offering competitive hourly rate + Superannuation, with opportunities to extend beyond initial 12-month contract.

The successful candidate will be based out of either Geelong, Braddon (ACT) or Brisbane, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes working from home and on-site.

  • About the Role
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement team
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Deliver procurement advice and support to the broader Agency
  • Ensure compliance with Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and Guidelines, Agency Procurement Policy and procedures
  • Track value for money based outcomes and prepare reports against KPIs
  • Prepare a range of procurement related documentation
  • Enter, extract and manipulate data to enable accurate Agency reporting
  • Contribute to team and branch planning activities including identifying opportunities for improvements

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must be an Australian citizen. Previous procurement experience, strong attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills are highly advantageous. Background within Disability or Government is also preferred.
