Job Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity exists for a skilled professional to join our team as an Oncology Care Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced level nursing services in a specialist field.

This role involves providing assessment, care planning and review of patients in collaboration with primary service providers to ensure evidence based practice is utilised.

The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC2) will be responsible for expert clinical organisation, coordination, leadership and consultancy services within the oncology service and target populations.

About the Role

This position requires the successful candidate to have strong clinical expertise and experience in coordinating patient care.

The CNC2 will work closely with Local Health District nurses/midwives and medical officers to support patient management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing assessment, care planning and review of patients
  • Facilitating linkages and relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Delivering expert clinical organisation, coordination and leadership services
